Project Overview: In a pre-operational regional branch of one of Russia’s major telecommunications firms, I was tasked with building an IT infrastructure and operational support department entirely from scratch. Over two years, I transformed a non-existent IT environment into a fully functional regional engine of innovation, compliance, and service reliability.

Project Overview:
I led a specialized team contracted by the UK government to enhance its CRM capabilities. Our mission involved customizing the IBM Lotus Notes and Domino platforms to develop critical tools that improved lead management, task delegation, reminders, and comprehensive task-list functionalities. A significant challenge was enabling the system to effectively handle unstructured and low-quality data submitted by residents, including scanned documents and various billing formats.
